Snow Goose Inn - Dover

The inn had a cozy and warm atmosphere, making us feel right at home during our Christmas stay. The innkeepers were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and making us feel like part of the family. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade muffins and a variety of options to choose from.

While the inn had a cozy feel, the cleanliness of the surroundings could have been better. Some of our OCD relatives may have had an issue with it.

The Snow Goose Inn is situated on the edge of Mount Snow, surrounded by gorgeous mountains, making it a perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious and meticulously decorated, with beautiful linens and attention to detail. One standout feature is the rooms with their own real wood burning fireplaces, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is simply outstanding, with fresh fruit to start and the blueberry muffins are a must-try.

Our long weekend at this cozy inn exceeded our expectations. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and a variety of great restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a private fireplace and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. the service provided by the innkeepers was exceptional, as they were friendly, accommodating, and even helped us with extra requests. And let's not forget about the delicious homemade breakfasts and the delightful evening wine and cheese gatherings. This inn truly offers a wonderful experience for those looking for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside we experienced was the limited availability of parking spaces at the inn.

This hotel in West Dover exceeded my expectations in every way. the attention to detail was outstanding - from the beautifully decorated rooms with jacuzzi tubs to the cozy library where I could relax in front of my own private fireplace with a book from their collection. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location of this hotel is also a major plus. Nestled amidst gorgeous mountains and on the edge of mount snow, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to outdoor activities. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is to die for. The organic, local ingredients and fresh-made dishes were simply outstanding, with the blueberry muffins being a stand-out. Starting the day with a filling meal like that meant I didn't even need lunch while skiing. this hotel offers excellent value for money and is the perfect place to stay in West Dover.

They also offered a complimentary glass of wine with cheese and crackers in the evenings, which was a nice touch. the location was easily accessible and made it convenient for day trips to nearby attractions. the cleanliness of the room was impressive.
